Dr. Erica Law PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist who grew up in Edison, NJ. She attended the University of Delaware where she trained individuals with varying disabilities in the pool and on land using adaptive exercise techniques and equipment. She continued onto Rutgers University where she obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2021.

Through her clinical affiliations at Rutgers University, Erica has had experience treating all ages in various settings including inpatient burns unit, Neurology ICU/rehab, outpatient orthopedics and outpatient pediatrics. She received extensive training in pediatrics from her clinical affiliations and continues to expand her knowledge through continuing education. She is most passionate empowering children and their parents to overcome obstacles. She utilizes an evidence based, patient centered approach with an emphasis on functional outcomes and assessments to track each child’s progress. Erica is also a part of the American Physical Therapy Association and receives monthly articles on new research emerging in the field of orthopedics, neurology, and pediatrics.

In her free time, you can find Erica hiking, looking for new restaurants, baking endless amounts of sourdough, decorating a cake or reading a good book. She enjoys trying new foods and spending time outdoors any chance she gets. She is most excited about returning to the DMV area and exploring DC. Her favorite type of fry is a waffle fry.

As a licensed Occupational Therapist in DC he has been an integral part of the Washington Health Care Community for 10 years.Omololu enjoys giving back to his community and currently serves as Vice President of the DC board of Occupational Therapy.

Throughout his career he has frequently provided mentorship and professional development to others, in which he has served as a Clinical Instructor to Occupational Therapy Students pursuing their Degree. With a strong belief in professional accountability, he has been an active Member of the American Occupational Therapy Association since 2012.

Kendra Fields is a native Washingtonian and proud alumna of Howard University. At Howard, Kendra earned her Master’s degree in Social Work, following her matriculation at the illustrious Winston-Salem State University. Prior to joining the Triumph team, Kendra served the District’s children and families as a family Care and Compliance Coordinator for DC Public Schools. In this position, she helped families navigate early intervention services and start their academic journey, with a focus on equitable and timely service delivery.

Of note, Kendra worked at AmeriHealth Caritas District of Columbia, a managed care organization, for 4 years where she aided with ensuring quality healthcare service provision for the District’s residents. While in that role, Kendra was able to exercise her love for community service by taking the opportunity to volunteer with the company’s ‘Care Crew’ and serve the residents that were impacted by the day-to-day work. She also established her love for boosting team morale, while serving on the company’s Motivation and Morale team, which focused on uplifting and engaging employees to keep them excited about the work being done for the members. Kendra looks forward to further demonstrating her compassionate spirit in her role as the Clinical Office Coordinator for Triumph.

Camille Chandler, originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, is a newly graduated occupational therapy assistant. She earned an associate degree in Occupational Therapy with Honors from Concorde Career Institution. Passionate about working in the pediatric setting, Camille has dedicated herself to making a positive impact on the lives of young children.

Before pursuing her career as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Camille earned a bachelor’s degree in health science from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. With her strong educational background, she embarked on her professional journey to contribute to the field of healthcare.

Following her graduation, Camille began her career at Castle Therapy, a pediatric outpatient facility, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience in providing therapy to children. She then transitioned to Florida Movement Therapy Centers, an outpatient neurological-focused facility located in South Florida, further expanding her expertise.

Camille’s commitment to improving the lives of pediatric patients led her to relocate to the DC area. She takes great pride in her role and finds immense joy in working with children, using her skills to enhance their well-being and overall quality of life.

Cora’s dedication extends beyond direct patient care. Dr. Lindsay Fitchett, PT, DPT, is a Philadelphia native with a deep-rooted passion for serving the pediatric population. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in and went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, from the University of Scranton. Lindsay’s commitment to making a difference in the lives of children began even before her PT school journey, as she dedicated her time to volunteer tutoring and organizing inclusive summer camps for individuals of all ages.

During her time in PT school, Lindsay gained invaluable experience working within the Adams County, PA public school system, where she provided physical therapy services to children. Of note, Lindsay gained exposure to outpatient orthopedics, working with both adult and pediatric clients. This diverse range of experiences equipped Lindsay with a comprehensive understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals across different age groups.

Since moving to the DMV area, Lindsay enjoys exploring the local dining scene, and welcomes recommendations. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys swimming, delving into captivating books, and honing her crochet skills with new projects. Having pursued a degree in linguistics at William & Mary, Sorrah embarked on a post-baccalaureate journey to prepare for a future in speech-language pathology at the graduate level. During their undergraduate studies, Sorrah found their calling in the realm of anti-colonial literacy instruction. Sorrah enjoyed collaborating with Haitian educators to revolutionize classrooms into vibrant spaces where “education is a conversation,” one that thrives in the students’ mother tongue, Haitian Creole.

Sorrah’s own life journey has gifted them with firsthand experience in autism, fostering an appreciation for working directly with neurodivergent individuals. Their roles as a tutor, personal care companion, and paraeducator have allowed them to make a meaningful impact. As a budding SLP-A, Sorrah’s passions range from augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) to gestalt language processing to bilingualism. They take pride in crafting environments that are supportive, playful and affirmative, while promoting self-advocacy. Bailee is one of the third generation Blanches’ Babies, a renowned Shih Tzu family in the DMV area. Born December 18 2022 with 4 brothers (Bandit, Besito, Bruce, and Bubbah), Bailee hopes to become a leader of her pack as an Emotional Support Animal and Therapy dog.
Bailee’s personal interests include, but not limited to: treats, spending hours at the dog park, belly rubs, FOOD, car rides, play time with uncle Scott and Bentley, and did we mention FOOD.

FUN FACT:

Shih tzu’s are the second closest in DNA to the ancestral wolf. Which means although extremely cute and cuddly, lazy with crazy hair. Don’t be misconstrued.
