Omololu Majekodunmi Occupational Therapist Registered/Licensed (OTR/L) Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT)

Omololu, a Maryland native, received his Master’s in Occupational Therapy Degree from Howard University in 2012. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland College Park. As a licensed Occupational Therapist in DC he has been an integral part of the Washington Health Care Community for 10 years.Omololu enjoys giving back to his community and currently serves as Vice President of the DC board of Occupational Therapy.
Throughout his career he has frequently provided mentorship and professional development to others, in which he has served as a Clinical Instructor to Occupational Therapy Students pursuing their Degree. With a strong belief in professional accountability, he has been an active Member of the American Occupational Therapy Association since 2012.

Kendra Fields is a native Washingtonian and proud alumna of Howard University. At Howard, Kendra earned her Master’s degree in Social Work, following her matriculation at the illustrious Winston-Salem State University. Prior to joining the Triumph team, Kendra served the District’s children and families as a family Care and Compliance Coordinator for DC Public Schools. In this position, she helped families navigate early intervention services and start their academic journey, with a focus on equitable and timely service delivery.
Of note, Kendra worked at AmeriHealth Caritas District of Columbia, a managed care organization, for 4 years where she aided with ensuring quality healthcare service provision for the District’s residents. While in that role, Kendra was able to exercise her love for community service by taking the opportunity to volunteer with the company’s ‘Care Crew’ and serve the residents that were impacted by the day-to-day work. She also established her love for boosting team morale, while serving on the company’s Motivation and Morale team, which focused on uplifting and engaging employees to keep them excited about the work being done for the members. Kendra looks forward to further demonstrating her compassionate spirit in her role as the Clinical Office Coordinator for Triumph.

Having served in various healthcare roles over the years, including neonatal intensive care, general family practice, sports medicine physical therapy, fertility billing and coding, health/life insurance, family planning, and dialysis, Ivan’s diverse background has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Camille Chandler, originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, is a newly graduated occupational therapy assistant. She earned an associate degree in Occupational Therapy with Honors from Concorde Career Institution. Passionate about working in the pediatric setting, Camille has dedicated herself to making a positive impact on the lives of young children.
Before pursuing her career as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Camille earned a bachelor’s degree in health science from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. With her strong educational background, she embarked on her professional journey to contribute to the field of healthcare.
Following her graduation, Camille began her career at Castle Therapy, a pediatric outpatient facility, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience in providing therapy to children. She then transitioned to Florida Movement Therapy Centers, an outpatient neurological-focused facility located in South Florida, further expanding her expertise.
Camille’s commitment to improving the lives of pediatric patients led her to relocate to the DC area. She takes great pride in her role and finds immense joy in working with children, using her skills to enhance their well-being and overall quality of life.

Dr. Nathalia Sanchez PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist who grew up in Piermont, NY. She attended Stony Brook University where she volunteered in various hospital settings while shadowing therapists in cardiopulmonary and neurological rehabilitative departments. She continued on to attend The George Washington University where she obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2021.
Through her clinical rotations at The George Washington University and work experience after graduation, Nathalia has treated patients of all ages in settings including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient pediatrics. She has received extensive training with pediatric patients including patients with musculoskeletal and neurological diagnoses as well as developmental delays. She is most passionate about building support for children and families, developing health prevention in pediatrics, and improving overall quality of life and independence for children in the community.
FUN FACT:
Participated on the belly dance team during undergrad; Eyelids don’t fully close when asleep; If she weren’t a PT she’d love to be a chef or an interior designer.

Mikayla, a recent graduate from the MSOT program at Howard University, is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a strong passion for working with children. Her inspiration to pursue a career in occupational therapy stemmed from her mother, who is also an occupational therapist. Mikayla witnessed firsthand the impact her mother had on children’s lives and developed a deep desire to follow in her footsteps.
Born in Durban, South Africa, Mikayla immigrated to Virginia at a young age. After completing her undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech, she made the move to the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia) region in 2018. Mikayla’s commitment to helping children and families thrive led her to this vibrant and diverse area.
Believing in a strengths-based approach, Mikayla is passionate about equipping children with the necessary skills for the job of living. She recognizes and nurtures the unique abilities and potential within each child, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful outcomes. As an OT, Mikayla brings a compassionate and dedicated mindset to her practice. Having completed her clinical practicum at Triumph Therapeutics, Mikayla is thrilled to return to the team.

Dr. Erica Law PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist who grew up in Edison, NJ. She attended the University of Delaware where she trained individuals with varying disabilities in the pool and on land using adaptive exercise techniques and equipment. She continued on to Rutgers University where she obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Dr. Law started her career as a pediatric physical therapist here in Washington D.C. treating a wide range of pediatric diagnosis including torticollis, plagiocephaly, gross motor delays, down syndrome and cerebral palsy. Dr. Law specializes in torticollis, plagiocephaly and pre-walking gross motor delays.
Dr. Law has had experience treating all ages in various settings including inpatient burns unit, Neurology ICU/rehab, outpatient orthopedics and outpatient pediatrics. She is most passionate about empowering children and their parents to overcome obstacles. She utilizes an evidence based, patient centered approach with an emphasis on functional outcomes and assessments to track each child’s progress. Dr. Law is also a part of the American Physical Therapy Association and receives monthly articles on new research emerging in the field of orthopedics, neurology, and pediatrics.
In her free time, you can find Dr. Law hiking, traveling, looking for new restaurants, baking or reading a good book. She enjoys trying new foods, buying plants, and spending time outdoors any chance she gets. Come by the office and schedule an evaluation or session with Dr. Law today.

McKenna, originally from Philadelphia, brings her passion for helping children as our licensed Speech Language Pathologist at Triumph. Inspired by her experience as a camp counselor for children during her summers, McKenna knew she wanted to continue working with them and decided to pursue a career as an SLP.
After completing her graduate school journey, McKenna felt the need for a change of scenery and embarked on an exciting move to Washington, DC. Guided by her adventurous spirit and dedication to making a difference in the lives of children, she chose to join the team at Triumph.
McKenna’s expertise lies in articulation in school-age children, and she has a special interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). By combining her knowledge and love for learning, she provides comprehensive speech therapy services, empowering children to find their voices and achieve their communication goals. With a genuine care for the well-being and development of her young children, McKenna embraces the opportunity to create a positive impact and supports their progress every step of the way.

Roxette Caba, a Dominican-American, multi-licensed Speech Language Pathologist, brings her love for working with children to Triumph Therapeutics. Originally, Roxette pursued psychology and gained experience administering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her deep interest in helping children express themselves and communicate, led her to the field of speech-language pathology. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Roxette is fluent in Spanish and finds immense joy in working with the Spanish-speaking population.
Roxette holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Suffolk University in Boston, MA, and a master’s degree in communication disorders from UMASS Amherst in Amherst, MA. With a love for traveling and exploring new places, Roxette has embarked on adventures worldwide, from Spain to South Korea, enriching her experiences and perspectives.
Roxette’s experience includes working with individuals ranging from 2 months to 12 years old, Roxette has supported individuals with various needs, including those on the autism spectrum and individuals with stuttering disorders. Her diverse background equips her with a well-rounded approach to therapy.

Cora is a Speech-Language Pathologist who has been working with children and families in the DC Metro Area for six years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Vermont and a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of the District of Columbia. Her professional interests include the evaluation and treatment of pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders and natural-environment based/ family-centered treatment of early childhood language delays and disorders, on which she has presented at multiple national conferences.
Additionally, Cora enjoys mentoring the next generation of Speech-Language Pathologists as a guest lecturer at the University of the District of Columbia, Trinity Washington University, and the University of Maryland and as a Clinical Supervisor for several area graduate programs. She was recently honored with a Distinguished Early Career Professional Award from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.

Bailee is Triumph’s resident pet therapist. Here to teach us that the value of love and loyalty come through nonverbal appreciation, not just words. Bailee is one of the third generation Blanches’ Babies, a renowned Shih Tzu family in the DMV area. Born December 18 2022 with 4 brothers (Bandit, Besito, Bruce, and Bubbah), Bailee hopes to become a leader of her pack as an Emotional Support Animal and Therapy dog.
Bailee’s personal interests include, but not limited to: treats, spending hours at the dog park, belly rubs, FOOD, car rides, play time with uncle Scott and Bentley, and did we mention FOOD.

Shih tzu’s are the second closest in DNA to the ancestral wolf. Which means although extremely cute and cuddly, lazy with crazy hair. Don’t be misconstrued.
