Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and social communication skills
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language production
• Proficiency in conducting assessments using standardized tests and clinical observations
• Ability to develop and implement evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to individual patient needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology
