Position Overview
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and social communication skills
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language production
- Proficiency in conducting assessments using standardized tests and clinical observations
- Ability to develop and implement evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to individual patient needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology
