We are currently seeking a full-time pediatric occupational therapy assistant (COTA) to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary clinic with experienced therapists. Our sessions are one-on-one with patients in dedicated private rooms with limited distractions. This allows you to provide the best possible care to each patient and truly make a difference in their lives. At Triumph, there’s no need to drive around the city to maintain your caseload. We operate in a single location. You can save time and avoid the hassle of commuting to different sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Must hold a certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Ability to provide exceptional occupational therapy services to patients with supervision from a licensed occupational therapist
- Proficiency in collaborating with OTR/L to implement personalized treatment plans and goals for patients
- Strong collaboration skills with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation abilities to maintain accurate patient progress reports.
Requirements:
- Active licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Washington, D.C.
- Current CPR certification
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
